Adaptive RAG over 10 RAG research papers: a fine-tuned BERT router (96.7% accuracy, 13.8 ms/query) sends each question to a direct LLM answer, web search or corrective RAG. Benchmarked against a 4B LLM router (JEV), evaluated with RAGAS, served with FastAPI + Streamlit in Docker.
